Hiring: Technical Support Engineer

“Dokka A.I”. is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the team building a next-generation bookkeeping automation SaaS service.

Reporting to VP R&D, you will be the link between the customer success and the
development teams.
Role responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the customer success team providing technical support for analysis, classification and troubleshooting of various customer cases
  • Communicating with DOKKA customers to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Provide technical support for software and hardware installations in customer environment ( both remotely and on-site )
Preferred technical skills:
  • Comfortable with Linux environment
  • Ability to query relational ( MySQL ) and non-relational ( ElasticSearch ) databases
  • Python 2 or 3 ( entry level )
  • Shell scripting ( bash, csh )
  • Public cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP )
  • English and Hebrew languages – high proficiency. Russian language is a big plus.
Seniority level: 2-3 years of experience
